- Check all doors and windows are locked.
- Make a visual inspection for any damage or problem.
- Listen for running toilets and flush to check operation.
- Check refrigerator for obviously spoiled food and discard.
- Water indoor plants.
o Concierge-on-Call for services in addition to
the weekly house checks:
- Respond to Security Alarm.
- Arrange for service people to be let in and lock-up.
- Check work by service people; such as, yard, pool or
housekeeping.
- Open up house before your arrival and adjust temperature for
your comfort.
- Stock your refrigerator.
- Arrange for catering or party planning.
- Arrange a family photograph or pictures and video of special events.
- Run errands or accept UPS or FedEx
packages.
