What we do:

Property Watch will visit your home on a predetermined schedule and perform services tailored to your needs.  Some things we do are check that all the doors and sliding glass doors are locked and the house is secure, we will look for leaks from the plumbing or air conditioning and check to see that the air filter doesn't need changing. 

Concierge-on-Call is available to our Property Watch customers and is designed for those unexpected needs like arranging for service professionals to be let in, picking up groceries before your late arrival, or being a friend when an emergency occurs and you need help.
